LandPocket: Who We Are
LandPocket is a small, family-run business founded by Neil Hohmann as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant land or infill lot fast. He and his wife are both graduates of the University of Colorado, and they have two children.
LandPocket is local to Colorado and is based in Colorado Springs. That said, we also purchase land in other states — including Florida and Washington (where we’ve recently sent offers).
Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even urban — we will make an offer on almost any parcel, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments. So, if you have more than one lot to sell (regardless of where it’s located in the US), let us know.
And if you’re facing a particular challenge with your land — limited access, clouded title, tax or HOA liens, etc. — let us know and we’ll do our best to guide you out of that mess. We’re even happy to refer you to another land buyer that specializes in your unique situation.
